Can Spanx compression garment leave permanent seam marks?

I am 1 week post abdominal and flank liposuction and breast augmentation, and my doctor transitioned me to Spanx a day after the surgery. I bought a body suit that snaps at the crotch and has shoulder straps, as pulling up and down Spanx was painful with my BA. The seams of the body suit leave marks on my abs. Will this cause permanent marks? Should I switch to Spanx with no seams?

Thanks for the question, looks like they used a punch biopsy for entrance and you have an indentation. They need to be cut out and sewn to get the edges together for best results at this point
