What should I do first: Gastric Balloon Procedure & then BBL/Tummy Tuck OR BBL/Tummy Tuck & then Gastric Balloon? (photo)

I agree with the previous comments. It is better to be on your ideal weight before getting a BBL or tummy tuck, because you can get better results at your ideal weight, with a lower risk for complications, and if you get the BBL and then you lose weight, some of the injected fat will shrink in size and you will see a smaller buttock area.

Thank you for your question and photographs.  I would recommend the Gastric balloon procedure first in order to lose weight and improve your overall health.  Once at a stable weight, and cleared by your bariatric surgeon, follow that with the best aesthetic procedures to reach your desired outcome.  If you were to have your tummy tuck and BBL performed first, the significant weight loss that is typical after a gastric balloon procedure would negatively effect your results.  Hope that this helps. 

If you are planning on a weight loss surgery, you should have that done first.  After weight loss is complete and you are at a stable weight, then you should have an abdominoplasty

In order to get the best outcome, you should be at your steady state weight before undergoing surgery. Therefore, if you are planning on losing weight, you should do that BEFORE having body contouring surgery. Good luck!
