Pushed my nose 5 days after rhinoplasty?

I was wiping my face when I pushed the side of my cast, not very hard but enough to worry me. I didn't have anything done to my bones, just shaving of some cartilage and cartilage grafts. Could this have damaged or shifted it in any way?

I understand your anxiety but it is very early to be judging the result too harshly. Swelling can often mean that it is difficult to see the change early on and that includes asymmetry. My advice would be to stay in touch with your surgeon, keep your follow up appointments and follow the advice...

It should be possible to lift your hanging columella to make it less prominent. It's hard to assess your tip rotation with just the limited cropped photos. Visiting with a rhinoplasty specialist to get a more full evaluation would be a good next step. At that time digital simulations can be done...

Having a high level of skepticism is a necessary part of choosing a plastic surgeon.  I have no doubt that you have some surgeons showing photo shopped pictures.  It's up to you to determine who you feel you can trust and who is the best surgeon for you.
