In some light and especially in photos you can see that either side of my nose looks swollen? I've always had it but I do feel it has got worse. You can't see it when I smile and I've noticed that if I gently pull the skin away from the nose slightly it goes but as soon as I let go its back. Also when I do this I feel like my airway is a lot clearer. Overall I like the shape and profile of it, its just this part that makes it look strange. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Regards.
