I had an open rhinoplasty 2 months ago and the hump is still there? (photo)

I can't see any difference between before and after? Just my nose is super oily with cheese smell when i wash my face? Is that normal and how can know that the hump was removed or no ?

From the limited photograph, it appears that there's still a residual dorsal hump composed of both bone and cartilage. It's important to wait at least a year before embarking on another procedure to allow full healing. At that point, a revision rhinoplasty can accomplish shaving down the dorsal hump, and narrowing the bridge line with osteotomies. For many examples, please see the link and the video below

From your picture it would appear that you still have a boney as well as a cartilage related structural hump.  After several months, some of this fullness will go down, however, I think that a follow-up evaluation at 3 to 6 months will benefit your sense of the real achievement of your aesthetic success.

I Sherry are concerned that she still appeared to have a significant nasal pump or bony deformity following a rhinoplasty.  You are early in recovery.  Vascular plastic surgeon if she may begin massages to see if you can improve the appearance.  However if this bump is still present at 6 months he may need revisional surgery.
