I had an open rhinoplasty 2 months ago and the hump is still there? (photo)

 From the limited photograph, it appears that there's still a residual dorsal hump composed of both bone and cartilage. It's important to wait at least a year before embarking on another procedure to allow full healing. From your picture it would appear that you still have a boney as well as a cartilage related structural hump.  After several months, some of this fullness will go down, however, I think that a follow-up evaluation at 3 to 6 months will benefit your sense of the real achievement of your aesthetic success.

I Sherry are concerned that she still appeared to have a significant nasal pump or bony deformity following a rhinoplasty.  You are early in recovery.  Vascular plastic surgeon if she may begin massages to see if you can improve the appearance.  However if this bump is still present at 6 months he may need revisional surgery.
