Hello, I got a rhinoplasty in December 2017. I still want to improve my nose. And specially the tip. I find it to bulbous and not lifted and defined. My “dreamed” nose would be with a refined lifted tip. I tried to include picture of this type of nose. Do you think I could achieve the look I am looking for? Kind Regards, Ps: I am french sorry for any typo!
