Can I do a supratip break to make the nose more feminine and to shorten it?

4 months ago I’ve had surgery. She builded up where the nose begins (between the eyes), removed a bump and made the tip smaller. Now my nose looks too long and the Build up Part (between the eyes) looks a bit weird to me, a Little bump is still there. Would in a Revision (where I have to take the bump away) be a Good Idea to make a supra tip break? I want my nose to be more feminine and not so strong like now. I hope you can give an answer! It is rare to add anything to the radix of the nose (the part of the nose above the dorsal hump). Looking at your before picture, it seems that proper correction of the dorsal hump without adding anything would’ve been my recommendation. In the after picture, there is incomplete correction of the dorsal hump, which makes it seem like your nose is out of balance. Your nose is not long. Your nasolabial angle is nice. I agree with you that a properly done supratip will make it even cuter. Now, you will need to wait a year before a revision because things may settle down more. During this time, you can get a couple of in person consultations so that a proper exam can be made by a board certified plastic surgeon who has a lot of experience in revision rhinoplasty. All of the changes that you desire are possible. However it is important that you let your nose heal after your primary rhinoplasty. I recommend waiting about nine to twelve months. If at that time you’re still not happy with result seek consultation with a board-certified facial plastic surgeon Who performs revision rhinoplasty.
