Would going from a 360 moderate profile silicone under the muscle to a 485 high profile silicone under the muscle make a big difference or not much of a difference in size and look?
Answer: Size You will probably go up in cup size and that will be a noticeable difference. Going with the higher profile will help fit your pocket better and give more projection as well. If needed, your lateral pockets could be tightened to let the implants sit a little higher. Please discuss this with your surgeon.

Answer: Revision breast augmentation YES. A 50cc increase in implant size in noticeable while a 100cc increase is a full cup size change. This added with the high profile implant with is much higher projection (while the base diameter is similar to a moderate profile implant) will radically change the size and shape of your current breasts.
