I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what went wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.

You probably have thin breast tissue and are very active. Your lateral and inferior pocket could be tightened, but an internal bra with mesh may be needed to help maintain the position.

Thank you for your question. The right implant definitely looks lower than the left. Depending on the exam this could be raised fairly simply by tightening the lower aspect of the pocket. As far as why this happened it is difficult to say without seeing the preop photos. Check with your plastic surgeon for further advice.

It does appear that the right breast may be a little lower. Pre-op photos would help to assess what your anatomy is and what you started with. Side views now would also aid in more accurate opinions.
Finally, a physical exam may be crucial in final assessments.

It's difficult to say what may be occurring without an examination and preoperative photos. It does appear there is some asymmetry which is often corrected with surgery. The pain you are experiencing is not normal and should be evaluated by your surgeon.
