I have pain along the side here it feels like it is pushing down. I had breast Aug in October 2021. The right implant never felt right. I can still not sleep without bra because it feels like it is pulling down and to the side. Going braless is very uncomfortable. Does this look correctable? And why did it happen?

I would suggest going down in size, maybe 250 cc's, and go with a little higher profile, but tightened your medial pockets so you have more space between your breasts. What you have now is still too large for your frame.
