I'm 162cm tall and 54kg in weight. Before boob job was 32A after boob 300-330cc large C cup I would like to have 500cc anatomical Tear drop implants over the muscle low profile and would like to achieve this full look with side boob Is that possible ? Please advice Any offers I would like to do surgery in September Based in London and willing to travel

It is certainly possible to upgrade another 200 cc from your current.  However, this must be done fully realizing that heavier breasts will have an effect on the tissues as the years go on.  It will cause atrophy of the surrounding tissue, stretch the skin and cause descent of the breasts.  What may look good for a year or two may not look so good in five.  Have a long and thoughtful discussion with your plastic surgeon about your goals.  Best of luck!

Thank you for your question. I think your issue may be slightly more complicated than just simply changing the implants.  This is because I have noticed there is considerable asymmetry in the position of the implants on both sides and also the nipples. Your implant lies significantly lower on one side than the other. It is important to remember that the implants essentially only alter the volume of the bust rather than the shape. They do not for instance change the height of your nipples and as you are asymmetrical from one side to the other this may remain following surgery. It would be important in surgery too re-position the implant to the same height to give you a more symmetrical appearance and generally the larger the implant the more important it is to achieve symmetry.If you are considering surgery it is very important to see a surgeon who is experienced in more complex breast cases to try and make sure you achieve the best results following surgery as possible.I hope this information is helpful and that you are happy with the results of surgery going forward.

You may increase the size of your implants but you should consider the risk factors. The size of the implant should be determined by your skin elasticity and your tissue healing. It would be best to schedule an appointment with your surgeon for his opinion as he knows your condition best.
