Is swelling normal after a capsulectomy and new implant?

Is it normal to have swelling still? Yesterday was the first day I was somewhat active, and I felt swollen by the end of the day. I haven't lifted anything heavy, but I just feel very swollen. Is this abnormal? The breast feels soft to the touch but it is more swollen today than it has been at any point. It isn't riding high. I'm almost 2 weeks post op. I have felt some small shooting pains about 3 times. I'm no longer on painkillers. Should I take a Motrin?

Each time you go bigger, there is more stress and stretching of the tissue envelope around the breasts, leading to loss of support. Over time this leads to sagging. You might consider an internal bra with Strattice for additional support.
