Is it normal to have swelling still? Yesterday was the first day I was somewhat active, and I felt swollen by the end of the day. I haven't lifted anything heavy, but I just feel very swollen. Is this abnormal? The breast feels soft to the touch but it is more swollen today than it has been at any point. It isn't riding high. I'm almost 2 weeks post op. I have felt some small shooting pains about 3 times. I'm no longer on painkillers. Should I take a Motrin?

You will be larger. But as for getting larger after you've had them placed, that will not happen. Your shape may change and symmetry improve but your size will not get larger after surgery.
