Breasts hangs low on one side after capsulectomy. Does this seem normal? (photo)

This problem is often seen after unilateral capsulectomy. I would wait three months after your procedure and tighten the low side to match. That will even your breast. If the capsule request or if your breast get harder, consider the aspen system. Thank you

Removing the capsule is likely removing an internal supporting structure.  So, things are softer and relaxed and may hang lower.  You will have to wait to see how the new capsule forms over time and where you end up in a few months.  Follow closely with your surgeon.Best of luck!

What you are seeing can be quite normal at this early stage of healing.  Follow you surgeon's instructions carefully.  It may take 6-12 months before you get a sense of how the new capsule is going to form.

Removal of the scar capsule (capsulectomy) can also result in removal of some of the support for the implant, but your surgeon is correct that it is too early to judge because the new capsule hasn't formed yet. Do not massage - it will not help prevent contracture and might interfere with a supportive capsule forming.

Dear eholtzheuser,The post capsulectomy breast is typically a softer and sometimes lower(?) breast.  It would be interesting to know what your pre augmentation appearance was.  Some of your asymmetry may have been present before.  As you probably already know, it will take at least 6 months before a critical assessment of your results can be made.  Try to be patient and listen to your plastic surgeon's instructions.  Good luck!

If after 3 months healing you are NOT satisfied than seek in person second opinions from only private practice boarded PSs. I think you may need a unilateral full lift to attain N/A symmetry...but not sure.
