Breasts hangs low on one side after capsulectomy. Does this seem normal? (photo)

I had a capsulectomy on June 7th and am happy that both breasts are soft now — but at 3 weeks, it seems the revised breast hangs lower than my other one. I was told to not worry and have constant support 24/7 for 12 weeks. I had a drainage tube in the first week, still taking 1000mgs vitamin E and Singulair daily, no massage as instructed and am wearing a supportive bra 24/7. I understand my capsule has to fully form to assess if everything went well but I'm still worried.
