I want to go bigger I really want my boobs to stay high and not drop at all is there any way to achieve that? This time I would like 1000cc gummy bear high profile also I feel like my nipples are too high will putting a bigger implant fix that? The pic in the bikkin was my first boob job and I loved the look I just wanted smaller nipples idk what to do to get what I want. please help and if you know any doctors that are known for big fake boobs that look good please give me their name thank you

Each time you go bigger, there is more stress and stretching of the tissue envelope around the breasts, leading to loss of support. Over time this leads to sagging. You might consider an internal bra with Strattice for additional support.

to obtain the large and round look, you may have to move to an overinflated saline implant. The infra nammary fold drop can be corrected with a capsule tightening and placement of an acelular dermal matrix for support. Thank you

Realistically, there is no guaranteed or even likely way to keep breast implants high when you are going with implants as massive as 800 900 etc.  The weight of the implant will win every time over the skin.  Even if your surgeon does internal bras and other techniques, such heavy implants are likely to drop over timeBest of luck!

For the new gummy cohesive implants, you are limited to size to about 900 cc. An overinflated saline implant may be an options. Consult in person with an experienced and expert board certified plastic surgeon.

Dear DDD2448,Thank you for bringing to light the fact that heavy breast implants are subject to the effects of gravity more than smaller breast implants.  You might have a better result going to a smaller, higher profile implant.  Good luck!

Patients attempting to achieve the "high fake" look often benefit from the use of higher profile silicone gel breast implants or overfilled saline filled breast implants. Adjustment of the breast implant capsules (capsulorraphy) will likely be a very important part of the procedure as well.  Best wishes.

Some many issues presented here! Poor posted photos to exposure and not seeing N/A?? Best to seek ONLY in person opinions from private practice boarded PSs. Plus the implant companies DO NT make 1,000 cc silicone implants as standard, they would be a special order item with extra fees like in $2,000+++ ranges just for these implants. Additionally the weight of the implants cause the downward descent you mention..
