Do I have tissue necrosis after lip fillers? (photos)

Loki26
Hi could I please have so advice on my lips. I had 1ml of filler injected 24hours ago, I have quite a lot of swelling and they are very sore/tender, I have noticed a small white/blanched area on my lower lip in the corner that I am worried about, is it just down to the amount of swelling or could it be tissue necrosis that I have read about online? It isn't numb nor is it cold to touch it is just quite sore? The first picture shows it immediately after waking this morning and the second is now! Thank you
