I have these tiny black spots on my lips. What procedure do I need to remove them? What is it and what caused it? Only these 2 years have I been noticing these black spots.

Thank you for your question. I agree with all of the comments that have been made so far. I would allow your orthodontist to complete your dental correction. If your bottom lip is still too protuberant after this then I would consider a lip reduction. Best Wishes
