I'm going ahead with my surgery on the 29th of this month. I've spoken to my surgeon and she has told me 4 weeks until I can resume normal gym activities. I asked her about climbing and she then said I'd have to wait till may! 6 months! My normal gym activities include chin ups, push ups etc which also use the peck muscles. So why is it so much longer to wait for climbing? I want to be able to resume yoga, gymnastics and climbing asap, how long healing time do you recommend for each?
