I'm a 5'4'' 22 yr old + currently a 32A. I have small frame so really worried about picking correct CC size to get me to what I want. I want full B cup/small C and I will be devastated if I end up bigger than that. I know most people want big boobs but not true in my case. My doctor has recommended 300cc and HP round smooth silicone. I like implant type but worried size is too big for me, I need advice whether or not 250cc or 275cc would be better for me than 300cc. Please help with CC sizing!
Answer: A new look! You will love this operation. You sound like a fantastic candidate and a 250-300 cc implant sounds perfect. I prefer moderate plus profile implant to avoid too much projection and fullness on top however. A simple sizing system in the office should help determine the best volume for you. Make sure you provide "want to be " pictures for your doctor as well.

Answer: Implant Size Matters rb5516. I appreciate your concern, because size does matter when seeking a natural looking result in breast augmentation. I ask my patients to bring in photos of breasts the size they desire, because there can otherwise be confusion because B or C cup can vary greatly by brassiere manufactures! I also utilize the implant in the bra technique, with several different implant sizes with a tighter fitting T-shirt to get an idea of what you will look like. Finally, I prefer to meet with my breast implant patients at least twice before surgery, so I am confident that I know exactly what her desires regarding shape and size are. I then have several sized implants in the patient's desired range available in the OR to allow me to tailor the operation to her needs. Be certain your surgeon understands your desires and you should do great as this operation carries a very high satisfaction rate. Good luck!

Answer: Breast lift Thank you for your question, but with out a picture it is hard to advise on a correct size for you, an in person consultation would be best for a proper exam and sizing consult with a board certified PS best of luck.

Answer: Choosing the right size breast implant for you The difference in the sizes you wrote are very small. After I measure my patients, we look at pictures of women with similar measurements with different size implants. My patients tell me this process is very helpful to them in getting a better idea of what can be achieved.Dr. Ted Eisenberg, Board Certified Plastic Surgeon and Author

Answer: Breast augmentation, 250-300cc Hello and thank you for your question. The best advice you can receive is from an in-person consultation. It would be helpful to know your individual breast measurements in order to determine if 250-300cc is the right size for you. The size, profile, and shape of the implant is based on your desired breast size/shape, your chest wall measurements, and soft tissue quality. This decision should be based on a detailed discussion with equal input from both you and your surgeon. Make sure you specifically look at before and after pictures of real patients who have had this surgery performed by your surgeon and evaluate their results. The most important aspect is to find a surgeon you are comfortable with. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified plastic surgeon who can evaluate you in person. Best wishes and good luck. Richard G. Reish, M.D. FACS Harvard-trained plastic surgeon
