Two small lumps 1.5 week after Restylane - will they go?

It is common to get swelling/lumps after fillers into the lips. It is not normal to have irregularities or severe swelling. If you are unhappy you should speak to your physician and have the area injected with hyaluronidase, an enzyme that reverses the hyaluronic acid filler. Hyaluronic acid fillers like Restylane may create a slightly "lumpy" appearance after treatment.  If it does not resolve on its own with massage, your Dermatologist can injection something called hyaluronidase, which dissolves Restylane and should create a more "even" appearance in that area.  You should always seek out a Dermatologist with lots of experience using injectable fillers to reduce the likelihood of side effects like these, and to ensure you get the optimal cosmetic result after your treatment.

Lip lumps or nodules after any filler injection is certainly possible and not something to overly worry about. If the look or feel bothers you, your dermatologist can easily dissolve some or all of it. Otherwise, if you very firmly massage it (especially in the first 2 weeks), you can disperse or break down the lump yourself, or just be patient as they always resolve eventually.

If there are noticeable lumps present almost two weeks after filler treatment they likely won't get better on their own. Most likely, these won't go away on their own now.  Try gentle massage.  Discuss with you doctor.  If they bother you, they can be reduced with hyaluronidase.
