Glandular tissue can't be removed by liposuction, even with vaser. Fat is soft and can be removed in this manner. Glandular tissue can't be removed with the tools we use for liposuction.
I would have to examine you to give you the best recommendation. Look atreviews and before and after pictures as well as credentials to selectyour surgeon.Kenneth Hughes, MDLos Angeles, CA
Unfortunately not. Glandular tissue needs to be directly excised as no Liposuction technique will remove it. There are minimal access techniques that can leave no scars around the nipples but some direct excision is still required. Best of luck!
Firm or hard glandular tissue is not readily removed by laser liposuction or other types of liposuction.Puffy nipples are often reduced by removing extra breast tissue directly below the areola and nipple. It is often done under local anesthesia as an office procedure. Additional breast tissue fullness outside of the nipple area is usually removed with liposuction. Exercise will not help this condition. Cost depends on experience of the surgeon, location of the surgery, surgical time, and type of anesthesia used.
Vaser is a form of ultrasonic assisted liposuction. Regardless of the brand of liposuction that you use, there is frequently a dense portion of breast tissue that must be directly cut out. This residual tissue can be removed either from the bottom of the areola or from a small incision from the side, the lateral pull through technique.
It is possible to remove glandular tissue with liposuction techniques. However, sometimes the tissue is very dense or fibrous which can limit the effectiveness of liposuction techniques. Direct excision is more effective in those circumstances. I often combine both techniques. Good luckand be safe.John T.Nguyen, MD, FACS, FICSDouble BoardCertified Plastic Surgeon
Hi khaled1,No form of liposuction, whether it is vaser, superwet, or power-assisted will be able to treat the glandular tissue in a predictable fashion. Liposuction is called liposuction for a reason. It is meant to remove fat. Glandular tissue is completely different in its composition; it is firm and solid. It cannot be suctioned through a small cannula. The best and definitive treatment is to have it excised. Hope that helps,Dr. Dadvand
The removal of glandular tissue needs to be done by surgical excision. Any fatty tissue can be removed by any mean of liposuction.Good luck
Vaser will not be effective for tissue removal. Tissues need to be resected surgically. They also need to be submitted for patological exam to rule out any pathology.
In my experience, if you have little to no excess fat, then it usually is best to just excise the gland, because while liposuction will reduce the appearance of the gland, you really can't reliably remove all of it. If there is excess fat, then liposuction with or without some excision is probably the best approach. Please see my video discussing this problem
