Should I reinforce the hairline with FUE grafts? (photo)

I had FUE on my scalp which I was very pleased with. However, at the front which is mostly single grafts, I would perhaps like to add a bit of density to. I'm 6 months in so there is room for some further growth. Is this something that is possible or can it potentially disrupt already existing hairs by damaging them during the procedure.

It may take 8-12 months before seeing the final results of your hair transplant surgery. If you'd like to add more density, it is best follow up with your doctor and see what your options are.

Hello, good question. Yes it is possible to reinforce your hairline but since you’re only 6 months in you need to give it a few more months. You should see near full growth at 8-12 months after your procedure was performed. Hang in there a few more months and revisit it then. Good luck to you.

In the hairline there is always suppose to be a transition from thinner (single) grafts to multiplemunit grafts that create density.  With 6 more months of growth to obtain, I would suggest that you be patient at least until the year mark.

Hi, this hairline looks good and as per track as it's just 6 months of time.In 6 months only a change in look is expected, it takes around 8 to 9 months to see full blown results so it is suggested to wait until full results appear then later decide whether you need a reinforcement.
