There are two types of shedding (1) the shedding from the hair grafts which happens in most people in the first month, and (2) shock loss or loss of the native hair
It may take 8-12 months before seeing the final results of your hair transplant surgery. If you are concerned with the density and shape, follow up with your surgeon for an exam.
If you are concerned please follow up with your doctor for an exam. You will have hair loss after surgery. You may have graft loss after surgery. Not all the grafts will take. You won't really know until you see results in 6 to 12 months.
