4 months and 3 weeks post hair transplant and one side is thinner than other. Can I expect to see these hairs grow back?(photos)

I had 3300 grafts at the front, the top and the crown area. The left side seems to be growing better then the right. On the right hand side it looks as if some of the hairs haven’t come out of the scalp again since they shedded. As you can see in the pictures, the one where the hair is thick and full of grafts before they shed, after they shed one side hasn’t grown back as well. Will I expect to see these hairs grow back, seen as how they grew in when they were originally transplanted?
