I had otoplasty about 6 months ago, however I feel that my lobes still stick out, should these have also been pinned back? I don't like the appearance of my ears from the back and the lobes still stick out from the front. Is this normal and can this be corrected?

A face lift can alter the appearance of the ears. The most frequent event is the "smeared ear" where the earlobe is somewhat attached to the face. This can be separated under local anesthesia. What you have there appears to be pull anteriorly right at your ear-face junction and pulling it...
Yes, it would be possible to round out the curve of the outer rim of your ear (helix) to improve symmetry. Please seek the opinion of a board certified plastic surgeon with experience in cosmetic ear surgery.
I believe you would only benefit from an otoplasty and do not need anything else done. Your ears are asymmetrical and one will need more retraction than the other.
