Please see a doctor to have the suture removed as soon as you can. This would minimize the risk of infection.

On occasion, the permanent sutures that are used to bend the cartilage into the correct shape, and to set it back toward your head become exposed. After this much time, removing that suture will not affect your result. If you can easily pull the suture out by yourself then I would recommend you do that. If it becomes stuck or something else is required, you may consult with your local plastic surgeon. Best wishes.
