Is it possible to achieve the height & outside shape of my left ear on the right side? (Photos)

My right ear has a slight bend in it since birth and looks different from my left one. Is it possible to achieve the height and outside shape of my left ear on the right side? Who is the best surgeon in the DMV for this?
