I was wondering what the minimum dode juvederm has released? My LS says that she has 0.5ml syringes however doctors online state that the minimum dose for juvederm in any given syring is .8ml. Is this correct? She had injected me with more or less the entire thing in my top lip, and stated it was only 0.4/0.5ml (and that's what I paid for)

Thank you for your question. This is temporary and a result of the increase pressure in your lips from the Juvederm. This should resolve as your swelling subsides. It can take up to 2 weeks for all swelling to subside. Best of Luck!

Thank you for your question. It is not unusual to have lumps after filler injection. This is only temporary and will dissipate after 6-12 months. You can also have this dissolved with an enzyme called hyaluronidase. It is unlikely you have permanent damage from the lump.
