I would like my lips not to curl inwards when I smile and I would also like the corners turned up. Any advice? (Photos)

My lips curl inward when I smile, I've tried a Botox lip flip, but that doesn't do much or last long. I've done fillers and they don't last long either. I would also like the corners turned up and no injectors seem to know how to do it effectively. Any advice? Is this a teeth issue? Should I get veneers/ braces to push my teeth forward? Thanks in advance!
