I had sculptra in the cheek 2 weeks ago. Can I have Restaylane for tear trough or should I wait? (photos)

You need to wait to get the complete treatment of Sculptra prior to decide if you need to have your tear trough treated with Restylane.  Sculptra can change the need for tear trough treatment. I would wait at lease 6 to 8 weeks after the last treatment with Sculptra to begin treating you with anything else. 

Hello.  Because Restylane in the tear trough is normally injected under the muscle and away from the cheek area, it's unlikely that you would have any issues with using the product at the same time.  We have done this many times and have not had any interactions between the products.  Good luck and for examples of Los Angeles Sculptra before and after photos, click the link below.  

the answer is yes. I often do them on the same day actually.  If you go to an expert injector who uses cannulas for injection to limit bruising and swelling and give precise placement, you do not need to worry about injecting the fillers on the same day.  Best, Dr. Emer.

It is definitely okay to have Restylane placed into the tear troughs after Sculptra was placed into the cheeks.  There is no interaction of the two products and as you mentioned, they are in slightly different areas.  I have used that exact combination for the same areas many times.  

Hi Dadazinha, I have used Sculptra and Restylane together in the same setting in my practice many times without any issues. For tear trough I prefer Belotero over Restylane injected with a Cannula.  Best, Dr. Yaghouti 

Using Restylane in the tear trough is an off label use of the product but many patients have had successful treatments. Previous Sculptra augmentation of the cheeks does not preclude you from being tested with Restylane. Nonetheless, you might consider having your lower lids evaluated by a board certified facial plastic surgeon with expertise in blepharoplasty.
