My face looks weird due to rhinoplasty.

I can understand why you are upset with your rhinoplasty. Your bridge has been lowered too much, the tip is too wide, and has been made too overly rotated and short. I have done nose is like yours which require revision of the tip, a septal extension graft, a bridge graft made from cartilage from your septum and or your ear. Dear crystalAlthough it seems counter-intuitive at first, sometimes to make your nose look smaller, we have to make some parts taller or wider. In you case, you have lowered your dorsum so much that its too low for the rest of your nose and tip. If you raise the dorsum and bring it more in line with your tip, your tip wont stand out as a separate unit and will look more harmonious with your nose and rest of your face. You would benefit from a revision to revise your dorsum and streamline the overall shape of your nose. Look for expereinced and board certified surgeons. see more than one surgeon. Make a well informed decsion.

After reviewing your photos, I see the asymmetries that you are referring to.  I recommend relaying your concerns to your surgeon, or if you don't feel comfortable, consult with a Board-Certified plastic surgeon who will accurately examine your nose, review your previous operative report, and tailor a plan for revision rhinoplasty according to your needs and wishes.  Good luck!

Thanks for your question. Honestly, I think your biggest aesthetic issue is that your nose is overly rotated (a "short nose"). I agree that your tip definition could improve, but I wouldn't change the overall width at this point. You'll need to visit with someone who is experienced in revision surgery. Good luck!
