Yes, this can be typical after injections. I would wait a full 2 weeks before judging the results. If it is after the two week wait, you can have the filler reversed with hyaluronidase.

Hyaluronic fillers can take up to two weeks to fully settle and all swelling subside. The tip of the nose can swell more than other areas, but I recommend following up with your physician to ensure there are no further issues. Ice can always help reduce swelling. Best of luck.
