So I have had two subcisions with restylane lyft for acne scars on my cheeks. 3 months after my last treatment the improvement is excellent, almost too good to be true. My question is the longevity of the results. Should my improvement be more or less similar after the filler wears off, or will my scars return to their previous condition?

Thank you for your question. There could be many reasons for your swelling. However, you are correct that your menses can be related to the increased swelling. I recommend having a follow up with your injector to address your concerns. Best of Luck!
Thank you for the question. Yes, sometimes this can happen. Some patients tend to metabolize hyaluronic acid very quickly. Perhaps switching to a longer lasting filler, such as Juvederm might give you a longer result. I recommend addressing your concerns with your injector. Best of Luck!
Thank you for your question. Having some tightness and discomfort is common after injection into the lips. However, if you having more pain than usual this may indicate something more severe. If necessary the filler can be dissolved with hyaluronidase. I recommend following up with your injector...
