It’s being 7 days since I’ve had an fue transplant. It’s it normal for the head to be stiff and still have bruising around the eyes. Finally, is it possible to use essential oils in the scalp?

It is best to ask your surgeon about post operative care and issues as each doctor has their unique regimen.  Bruising is not common.

Bruising in the eye area may happen following a hair transplant. Your swelling has just migrated from the top of your scalp down to your face. This should resorb itself in within a few days. You can always apply arnica cream to the bruised area to help.As for the recipient area (grafted area) we recommend to our patients to use coconut oil instead of saline solution. While it is greasier and patients don't always like that feeling it does lock in the moisture better and improves healing along with the end results.

Bruising around the eyes rarely occurs after a hair transplant. It will go away over the next week so don’t worry. You can use oils for the recipient area if you wish to do so
