It is best to ask your surgeon about post operative issues as each doctor has their unique regimen.  In some cases 

Swelling is a normal part of wound healing. It will go down over the next few days. Regular iceing and steroid injections may ave prevented this from occurring.

It is seen with a lots of patients even when steroids are given to avoid the swelling post-surgery but it is completely harmless and usual thing to happen which disappears after a few days.

You don't say when you had your surgery.  Some patients do develop swelling in the lower forehead and around the eyes 2-3 days after surgery.  It is harmless and resolves on its own.  Steroids given at the time of surgery can help prevent the swelling but some times it occurs regardless. 

Swelling often occurs after any frontal hair transplant surgery and it will be gone in just a few days, so be patient
