Pimples on donor area 8 months after FUE?

Had FUE 4000 grafts over 8 months ago, and everything was ok. For the past few weeks I've getting some random pimples on sides of my head, the donor area. I was wondering is this a regular thing?

It is best to ask your surgeon about post operative care and issues as each doctor has their unique regimen.  Pimples in the donor area after FUE may be due to ingrown hairs.

Thank you for your question. Pimples in the donor area at this time is unusual. I recommend to pop back to your surgeon for a check up to rule out embedded grafts. This can sometimes occur with certain FUE extraction methods particularly with blunt punches.

I don’t believe that I ever saw pimples in the donor area of a strip surgery but I believe that they can occur from an FUE with buried grafts. See your doctor
