Based on your picture it appears you needed a full breast lift from the beginning, you don't need to wait to have your next surgery, consult with your a board certified PS for a much more detailed examination and evaluation best of luck!
Typically, it is best to wait at least 6 months before attempting any type of re-operation in the same area, otherwise, your risk of wound healing failure increases significantly. I'm guessing you shied away from undergoing a lift due to the unsightly vertical scars. I've attached a short video of what can now be achieved using current breast lifting technology that does not require the vertical scar component, risky breast implants, and much improved longevity. The patient below underwent a breast lift without implants and without fat transfers to the breast. I hope this helps.Best wishes and kind regards,
Thank you for your question. You look like you would benefit from a mastopexy, which would involve the removal of all of your existing scars and you can therefore consider having this surgery whenever you like. There is no reason for you to leave your existing scars to mature any more. An experienced surgeon will be able to show you how your operation would be designed and explain the scars that you would be left with.
Hello dear!!Thanks for the question and provided information as well. I would recommend to wait six months between surgeries, but remember that all depends on your health and lab tests.l suggest you to make an appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon to talk about your goals and anything you need to know.Good luck :)
It doesn't appear that an areola reduction was an advisable procedure for you. As I would be excising your existing scars & rearranging the tissue then I don't believe that you would need to wait at al for a revision procedure. Be sure to see a plastic surgeon who is experienced in breast surgery to give you the best operation...and not perform any short cuts. All the very best.
Thank you for your question and photosThere are several variables to be considered when answering this question. It is always difficult to make a diagnosis based on photos alone, however, you do appear to be a good candidate for breast lift with or without implants. When you meet with a board certified plastic surgeon, they will perform a set of measurements that will help determine whether or not a lift is necessary and what approach they will take. This will determine the type of incisions you will have. Another variable that needs to be discussed is what you are wanting. If you are wanting a fuller upper pole to your breast, then an implant will be necessary. If you are just wanting the breasts to be a little perkier and don't mind the size, then only a lift is necessary. And to have the nipple in proper position over the implant, may require a lift. I hope this is helpful
I am confused as to why your surgeon performed an areola reduction, which is included in most breast lift procedures, as a stand-alone surgery. In the photo your breasts appear flattened which is a common side effect of an isolated circumareolar lift (essentially an areolar reduction). There is no reason to wait to get a circumvertical or "inverted T" lift. Ask your surgeon if he/she performs Dr. Hammond's (wagon wheel) technique to prevent spreading of the areola
It's very likely that you have capsular contraction which has pulled the implants upwards, and has revealed the IMF scar, in which case you will need a capsulectomy and repositioning of the implants.
Hello, What you describe happening in surgery does not sound like a well trained, skilled, and experienced surgeon was operating on you. To let him operate on you again seems risky. Go visit a few ABPS certified/ASAPS member surgeons who specialize in all forms of cosmetic breast surgery and r...
Thank you for your question, for the photos and for the history of your breasts. Often after revision surgery, due to the presence of scar tissue, the recovery and the time needed to settle is longer. If you have an implant, it is very likely that the small skin fold will progressively go o...
