A month ago I had my previous breast reduction/ lift revised (anchor scar). This time I was given a smaller implant and another lift (lollipop scar) However I noticed at the bottom of my breast there is still some excess skin remaining (like a fold) and there is puckering. Please see photo for a visual.... Do I need a revision? Or will this decrease over time? Is this normal? Please help I'm confused.... That this is Normal and will reduce in 3 months.... I can't see how

It's unclear to see what is happening around your incision. It's possible that you just have a loss of epidermal layer of the skin, in which case local care can help this heal on its own. However, if the implant is exposed, then another operation might be involved.
