Had a breast lift 16 days ago. I am wondering if this is normal healing? (Photo)

My right breast is continuing to ooze yellow fluid and is tender and red around the area. The breast itself looks fine aside from right at the incision. I went back to the doctor who said there was nothing to worry about. I'm still concerned as there is now a bump under my breast. I've had one prior augmentation and lift so do have implants already in place but just received a lift this time around.
