I am 40 and my breasts don't look as they used to before and I am deciding the best treatment.
Answer: Hello Hello, from the photo it is valued that your breasts are sagging and to improve their shape you need a breast lift, if you want them more fillers you will need either an implant or fat transfer

Answer: Aesthetic breast surgery Hi, thanks for your question. It is not possible to make an accurate assessment based on your photograph. The best treatment to pursue will depend what you would like to achieve with surgery and the current characteristics of your breasts. A breast lift can be performed alone, or in combination with an ‘auto augmentation procedure’ which redistributes the tissues so that you are fuller in the upper pole, or with fat transfer / implants to boost volume if required. I would recommend consulting a plastic surgeon with specialist expertise in aesthetic breast surgery. Use of 3D simulation equipment may help you to make a decision and is offered as a component of our face to face consultation.

Answer: Breast lift Dear Honest619, determining whether you need simply a breast augmentation versus a breast lift can be somewhat complicated. It depends on a number of factors including skin laxity and current nipple position. Generally speaking, if the nipples are lower than the inframammary line the patient will most likely need a breast lift. If the nipples are at or above the inframammary line we can generally get by with just a breast augmentation depending on the size of the implant the patient wants. I often still using implant when I perform a breast lift because it provides more upper breast fullness after the lift. To be sure a consultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon will help determine what the patient actually needs. Answer: Breasts Although your photo does not show your whole breasts, you appear to need a lift. Adding only fat will increase you up to one cup in size, but you will still be sagging.

Answer: Bellesoma Method Your photograph is very limited. However, it does appear that your breasts are low on the chest wall. You would benefit from a lift using The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. Later, fat transfers can be performed if additional volume is desired. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.
