47, male, breast augmentation with fat transfer, what needs to be done?

I would suggest doing a google search in your area to find surgeons who do fat transfers on men. Yes, there is a difference between male and female anatomy and even in their fat. Go for consultations and ask to see photos of fat transfers on other men. Then, decide who you like best.

Unfortunately, you have not provided photographs. However. liposuction with breast fat transfer can be done. Fat transfer is usually good for 1 cup size increase but it can be repeated, if needed.

Fat transfer are not as effective on males as the area is flat and it’s hard to expand those areas but it’s possible. A consultation would be necessary in order to balance your personal goals versus what your physical exam allows.
