Had my breast implants removed last year due to breast implant illness....I had them for 24 years...I feel like my new natural breast are ugly. Is there anything I can do to make them look better, to help tighten the skin and perkier?
Answer: Breast surgery You can try fat transfer if you like but I suspect you will be disappointed. I think your breasts look fine. Leave well enough alone. You’ll spend lot of money for very little benefit. By the way, I can assure that many women would love to have your breasts the way they are

Answer: Fat transfer Dear Melissa Clark, fat transfer breast augmentation is a viable alternative for women who desire larger breasts without the use of implants. Fat transfer is also widely used in reconstruction of the breast after a mastectomy or lumpectomy. It can also be very effective in correcting the size and shape of the breasts due to genetic problems such as tuberous breast or Poland Syndrome, two conditions that look like misshapen or underdeveloped breasts. In addition, the following scenarios are also reason to consider breast fat grafting:• If you have chest areas that appear creased and sunken• If you desire more permanent correction than is provided by temporary fillers• If you wish to improve your body contour, revise scars, fill bodily depressions and rejuvenate the natural curve of your breasts• To fill in contour irregularities or hide obvious signs of breast implantsYou should discuss your concerns with a board certified plastic surgeon and make sure your surgeon understands your concerns and your breast augmentation goals. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations. Answer: 1 year post implant removal - what can I do to tighten loose skin and achieve a perkier look? Thank you for the question and posting the pictures. You have a good results following the implant removal. To improve the shape and get more upper pole fullness, you are looking at more surgery which can be auto augmentation with your own tissues. You can think of fat transfer to get more volume but it doesn't add projection to the breast.

Answer: Fat transfer It looks like you had a breast lift with explant which is a good idea. If you want more volume a fat transfer would accomplish that without an implant.

Answer: SSBI There is no cause and effect relationship between your perceived symptoms and your breast implants. Aside from rigorous studies showing that blood and tissue levels of 20 different heavy metals, silicone material, bacteria, bacterial metabolites, and immune system compounds called interleukins were the same in women with and WITHOUT breast implants (that's right silicone was found in all women who never had breast implants), history paints a rich story of silicone materials being introduced in the medical, industrial, and food industries since the 1920's. Long before breast implants there were testicular implants (the first cosmetic implant!). Millions of men have them. There is no such thing as testicular implant syndrome. The human mind is a powerful force, and under the right circumstances can weave a cohesive story that is in fact false. There are millions of men and women without breast implants (or any other implants) who don't feel well and 'test' normally at the doctors. I'm sure you didn't feel well, and that you likely felt better after your implants were removed, but it wasn't your implants. Go get your implants replaced!

Answer: Breasts Yes, you can have a lift which will reshape your breasts and remove the excess skin. If you want a little more upper volume, you can add fat if you have some donor fat.
