I'm looking to have breast surgery, I have taken out a loan to pay for it and I am looking for a surgeon who is happy and willing to do it for me. My GP is 100% on board with this decision and has given me the go ahead. My blood sugar levels on a daily basis are well controlled and I have a Hba1c of <66. no problems healing, is there any advice or recommendations of which surgeon to go to in the UK. Many thanks

Answer: Breast Augmentation Hi, thank you for your question. Generally speaking, diabetic patients with well controlled blood sugars and medical clearance, can have cosmetic surgery - including breast augmentation.Consult with a board certified plastic surgeon who can go over the procedure and answer your questions in detail. I hope this helps. Best of luck!
