Do I need a lift? Size recommendations?

It’s difficult to say without a profile photo, however it does appear that your nipples are sitting below your breast fold. The breasts in your wish pic sit higher on her chest as well, so a breast lift would be recommended. If you want larger breasts or more dramatic fullness in the upper portion, then implants are recommended.

The 10cm distance should be 7-8 cm for a C cup. A implant alone will further stretch you skin and lead to a poor result. Scars while not wanted by most patients will give you the result and longevity you desire. Good Luck!

Thank you for your question.If you want to achieve fullness with a natural look, I would recommend a lift with a small implant. The lift will help tighten the skin, the implant will give you the fullness in the upper pole of the breast. A lift alone is not going to add fullness to the upper portion of the breast.

Your nipple is above the mamarian sulcus but lower pole of your breast is under this sulcus that means breast tissue in lower part of your breast should be excised and with breast implant you can have good shaped breast. So thi solution of your problem is breast lifting and implant.Best of lucks.

Performing a lift gives the best chance for symmetry because one nipple is a lot lower than the other. I recommend the lollipop lift along with an implant.

Your breasts are asymmetrical in volume, shape, position and implants alone will not solve your problems.  Your breasts are too low on the chest wall and too far apart.  If you underwent augmentation alone, the implants would have to be centered underneath the nipple-areola complex, which can result in greater abnormality in terms of your width and outward pointing nipples.  The technique I recommend is a breast lift using The Bellesoma Method.  This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage.  Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained.  Later, fat transfers can be performed if additional volume is desired.Best Wishes,Gary Horndeski, M.D.
