I was a C cup. Now I hardly fill a 34B. The distance from my breast crease to my nipple is 10cm. Based off of that, the surgeon I met with recommend a lift since my skin has so much elasticity to it. He said my nipples are in a great spot, it's just that distance that is causing a problem especially since I want a natural looking "full C" without sagging... is he right? Based off wish pic what would you recommend? My breast width is also wide.

Answer: Options Thank you for your question. If you want to achieve fullness with a natural look, I would recommend a lift with a small implant. The lift will help tighten the skin, the implant will give you the fullness in the upper pole of the breast. A lift alone is not going to add fullness to the upper portion of the breast.

Answer: Breast lift with implants Thank you for your question. It sounds like you had a detailed assessment with your surgeon who gave you a recommendation based on criteria such as measurements, skin tone, elasticity etc. It is difficult to provide further comment based on photos alone. However, if you are uncertain how to proceed perhaps your best option is to obtain a second opinion from another in-person consultation with a surgeon. @yorkplasticsurgery
