It depends on what facial procedure you're requesting. In this case, the Lip Reduction and Eyelid Lift can be done along with the BBL if you're a healthy candidate. Now, a lower cost for getting several procedures at once is something that varies depending on the Doctor you choose. 

Combination procedures are safe and very effective in the right hands. The surgeon HAS to be an expert in EACH procedure and must have a lot of experience in performing combination procedures and can minimize the operative time. For example, we work in a team and would take around 4-5 hours for the complete operation. This allows us to get better results with less surgical time and less trauma. Our patients are typically wlking the same day and tapering off of pain medications by 4-5 days. By a week, our internattional patients are generally touring around Cartagena enjoying the sites of this UNSECO World Heritage City. Patients progress to unrestricted activities by 2 months, just as the final results are settling in.

Combination procedures can give powerful results but SAFETY is KEY. You definitely have to choose your surgeon correctly and make sure that he/she has the training and experience to meet your goals with absolute safety. Short answer Yes. This is not a common combination, but it can surely be done in one procedure. Concerning the price, you will get a lower cost because you will only need to pay once for the facility.Best of luck, 

In general, multiple procedures can be done in healthy patients without any increased risk.  It depends on what is done on the face.  For instance I wouldn't do a facelift with a BBL, but minor procedures such as you describe should be ok.  

 There are many factors that go into consideration  when determining how many procedures can resubmit be done in a single session.Some of these include overall stress and the patient's body, fatigue of the surgeon and overall what seems reasonable. Certain procedures will have a more physiological stress impact on the patient than others.Facial surgery usually involves  les physiological stress because the anatomic areas are small.A BBL may involve  2 to 6 hours of surgery. I personally try to limit cosmetic surgery cases to seven hours or less. The overall physiological condition of the patient must also be taking into consideration.I may attempt something more aggressive on a healthy 22-year-old  than I would and somebody who is 72.A BBL and eyelid surgery seem like reasonable procedures to be done at the same time as a general statement.Talk to your plastic surgeon to see what he or she is comfortable with.  It is generally less expensive per procedure to combined  procedures in a single session.  Patient safety should come first and foremost in all cosmetic surgery. Best,Mats Hagstrom M.D.
