Answer: Can my asymmetrical face be fixed with surgery ?
You shouldn't sleep on your face for a while after surgery. After about 2-4 weeks, you can start to sleep on your side. In case of any problems, you should contact a Board Certified Surgeon.
It really doesn’t matter, stick with a brand name and make sure it has no alchohol. We like SkinMedica (look up) antioxidants, facial rejuventaiton. We have an esthetician on staff that will see you after your surgery to recommend what’s best for your skin.
A good anterior platysma repair buttressed by suturing the posterior platysma should be enough. I have abandoned the Giampappa Suture because when pulled too tight or placed incorrectly nerve compression and pain behind ear can occur.
