Looking at your photos I think you could be helped with filler.  Best option would be voluma.  I would consult a plastic surgeon for a full evaluation.

There is no sound reason for changing your slightly asymmetrical face as you should know that a totally symmetrical face is an exception in nature. The ears are also not normally exactly symmetrical to the millimetre, just as the whole body is not built symmetrically. What you should also know is that photo composition can prove that a symmetrical face appears boring to an observer, whereas a slightly asymmetrical face looks significantly more interesting.
