Would this be considered revision rhinoplasty? (Photo)

I've had my rhino 5 years ago and was left with a bit of cartilage showing outside my right nostril, which I'd like to fix. I know revisions are usually priced over £12K but would this be considered at a level of a revision? How much could it cost?

Yes, this would require a cartilage onlay graft to the dorsum with cartilage from you (preferably rib cartilage) or an allograft cartilage graft cadaver.
