Dear fixmybewbies,my preferred lift is a lollipop lift when a periareolar won't do (ie greater than 2cm lift required). The lollipop technique was created by a Canadian plastic surgeon named Elizabeth Hall-Findley and treats the breast as a three dimensional structure instead of two dimensions (anchor - lift). Most importantly it does not require the horizontal component scars that the anchor-lift requires and breasts appear much more natural, lifted, and less boxy. Lastly, the lift lasts longer because the lollipop doesn't rely on the skin to hold the breast up, its actually breast tissue thats being brought together to support the breast and hence improves longevity. Hi, thank you for sharing your question. Based on the photos alone, you may be a candidate for a circumvertical (lollipop) lift.
You will need an anchor-pattern type lift to address the excess skin in the vertical and horizontal dimensions of the breast.
Hello, thank you for your question. I would need more information particularly implant size. Typically just a lift alone no implants I think an anchor lift will give you the perkier lift that you may desire. with implants we sometimes may reconsider the incisions and lift depending on what we see in the operating room. Speak to your plastic surgeon about your options and bring in wish pics that are close to your body frame, just to see what your expectations are. Feel free to check out our before and after photos to see if you see something you want.
Based on limited photos- it appears that you would benefit from a mastopexy/ breast lift with or without implants . If you desire to increase the volume- smaller implants can be placed at the same time as a lift. I suggest that you seek an experienced Board Certified PS and discuss your options during in person consultation
Hello fixmybewbies. To achieve the best result, we need to do a breast lift to position appropriately the breast tissue and areola. The implant will help to add volume, shape and projection. The breast lift would include an inverted T scar.Let me know if you have any questions.
I think the lollipop lift would work well for you and avoid the underneath scar. I would suggest placing the implants behind the muscle for better upper breast fullness and more support.
Based on your pictures you should be fine with lollipop lift and breast implants You do have some excess fat so you may want to consider fat grafting instead of implants
Thank you for your question. A vertical breast lift coupled with breast implants should give you a nice result. The benefit of a vertical breast lift is that the breast gland is actually lifted on the chest wall which lessens the chance of lower pole sagging in the future. In addition the vertical breast lift avoids the anchor scar underneath.
I caution patients from looking up specific individuals as "wish pics". The key is what your goals are with pursuing surgery- improved shape, overall size goalls, improved axillary fullness ect. From these questions a well trained plastic surgeon will be able to take your measurements and assess...
Your answer to this question is likely to vary significantly surgeon to surgeon. with your size/frame dimensions, many surgeons are likely to caution you against trying to undergo such a large volume augmentation-mastopexy in a single operation. This is because a larger implant is going to place...
Dear Maria, You could have a very nice result with a silicone implant and a full breast lift. Please research board-certified plastic surgeons, and look at their before and after pictures before selecting. Best wishes!
