The title says it all basically; i'm 5'2 155lbs. I put on 15 pounds AFTER the premature birth of my son (Stress eating). At this weight, my arms and everything are literally all cellulite. I'm curious if it's even worth doing A breast lift & augmentation. I want perky big boobs, think Ashton Pierce; she is 1 of my wish pics. Is that look achievable when I'm this saggy & fat?

Answer: Breast Lift Dear fixmybewbies, generally speaking, you want to reach your goal weight before you consider surgery, otherwise your results will be suboptimal if you continue to lose weight after the surgery. If you are considering surgery, I would suggest you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination, you will get more information and recommendations Daniel Barrett, MDCertified, American Board of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery

Answer: Do I need a breast lift? You might not need one. 10% weight change can change your results. If you are stable at your current weight then ok to proceed. Also you should be at least 6 months post baby delivery before any surgery, to see your final breast size and shape. I recommend an in person consultation with a plastic surgeon to discuss your goals and be measured. After I measure and discuss goals with my patients, we then look at pictures of women (my patients) with similar measurements with different size and style breast implants. They also get to see what they would look like when the breasts have fully dropped and fluffed and in clothes. You get to see actual results and the surgeon's experience and not a virtual idea of what can be achieved. Women tell me that this process is very helpful in determining what size and style breast implant is right for them. Mildly Sagging Breasts: If your breasts are mildly droopy, a saline or silicone gel implant placed behind the pectoral muscle might help create the illusion of perkiness. That’s because as the implant fills out the top of the breast, it also fills out the bottom, making it look as if the nipple has moved higher. It hasn’t. You can always get a lift later if you feel you are not perky enough when fully settled and healed. Dr. Ted Eisenberg, Board Certified Plastic Surgeon and Author. Answer: BL+BA Regarding breast lift and augmentation, these procedures can improve the appearance of your breasts by lifting and reshaping them to a more youthful position, while also increasing their size and fullness. However, it is important to note that the results of the surgery may vary depending on various factors, including your breast size, skin elasticity, and body weight. In general, plastic surgeons recommend that patients achieve their ideal weight before undergoing cosmetic procedures to optimize their results and minimize potential risks and complications. Additionally, maintaining a healthy lifestyle through regular exercise and a balanced diet can help improve your overall health and enhance the longevity of your results. Therefore, it is essential to have a consultation with a plastic surgeon to determine the best approach for your individual case and discuss any concerns or questions you may have. They can provide you with detailed information on the procedures, expected outcomes, risks, and recovery process, and work with you to create a personalized treatment plan that aligns with your aesthetic goals and medical needs. Best of luck !
