I had a baby recently and c section. My skin has no stretch marks and is m ostly firm again after losing a lot of weight and using retinol with collagen. Could I get a something done to have my flat belly back? I’ve had 3 sections and i miss my tummy so much . I don’t want to have a tummy tuck, I do not have extra skin just a little fat. I’m working out to get rid of it but I don’t want to have to be rail thin to get the job done. I also have a small scar that would pale in comparison to a tuck.

Thank you for your history and pictures; I would highly suggest liposuction based on your history and pictures. Cool sculpting and RF will definitely get rid of this area. Cool sculpting will indeed make it worse, not better. Cool sculpting has a potential nasty complication of PAH. Liposuction is a gold standard for removing excess skin and fat pockets, and I will be significantly suited for your areas of concern. Liposuction can be done under local or IV sedation or even general anesthesia. Since your area is small, I think it would be best to perform liposuction. Therefore, my vote would be liposuction over cool sculpting or RF. Good luck.
