Would lipo, CoolSculpting, RF, or something else get rid of this little extra fat? Don't want a Tummy Tuck (photos)

Lipo is the answer but should be combined with morpheus/bodytite/quantum under local. It would fix that tummy c sec ridge really easily and quickly.

Thank you for your history and pictures; I would highly suggest liposuction based on your history and pictures. Cool sculpting and RF will definitely get rid of this area. Cool sculpting will indeed make it worse, not better. Cool sculpting has a potential nasty complication of PAH. Liposuction is a gold standard for removing excess skin and fat pockets, and I will be significantly suited for your areas of concern. Liposuction can be done under local or IV sedation or even general anesthesia. Since your area is small, I think it would be best to perform liposuction. Therefore, my vote would be liposuction over cool sculpting or RF. Good luck. You don’t have fat, you have extra skin, also you have a scar there for a c section, you can do tummy tuck, remove and improve the scar that you have, and also make this more lower

Pregnancies do not change fat distribution.
Choosing the correct procedure should be based on having a clear understanding of what the problem is.
In regards to the front of the abdomen there are four variables that determine what it looks like.
In other words if someone doesn’t like the appearance of their abdomen it is always one or more of these four variables.
They are skin laxity, excess subcutaneous fat, muscle separation from previous pregnancies and access visceral or intra-abdominal fat.
Pregnancy causes skin laxity and muscle separation. It does not cause a change in fat distribution nor does it cause increased visceral fat.
Your picture shows mild to moderate skin laxity of your lower abdomen without any excess subcutaneous fat.
How many tummy tuck would be a good procedure to consider. Fat reducing procedures will not improve your skin laxity and you don’t have much fat to remove in the first place.
I suggest having multiple in person consultations with local board-certified plastic surgeons in your community and get a quality assessment and a better understanding of treatment options.
If you go to one Medspa and ask for treatments they’ll most likely sell them to you whether they work or not.
Do you have a skin issue not a fat issue.
In your case it would be very helpful to also see a view of your abdomen pre-pregnancy.
Most plastic surgeons recommend patients not have corrections for pregnancy related changes until women are quite certain they’re done having children.
If you’re not going to have more children than a mini tummy tuck may be a good procedure for you.
It’s probably better to wait if you’re going to have more children.
The amount of change to your abdomen from your pregnancy is relatively mild and that is in part because you took good care of yourself. You should also be grateful for good genetics which has a big part as well.
Most women have substantially more changes from having a term pregnancy.
Before committing to any surgical procedure I recommend patients have multiple in person consultations comparing results among providers.
During each consultation ask each provider to open up their portfolio and show you their entire collection of before and after pictures for whatever procedure you may end up choosing. The goal is to get confirmation of what average results look like in the hands of each provider and how many of these procedures each surgeon has actually performed.
Ask providers to show you their entire collection of before and after pictures including the results that are excellent, average and results that didn’t turn out as well as they had hoped for. ask specifically what the revision rate and revision policy is for each procedure.
Being shown only preselected images representing the best result of the providers career is insufficient when it comes to properly vetting plastic surgeons to find the best one.
Please take vetting of plastic surgeons seriously and put sufficient time and effort into the process before having any permanent and irreversible operation.
