Each procedure serves a different purpose, a tummy tuck is a surgical procedure that removes excess skin and fat from the middle and lower abdomen and strengthens the abdominal muscles, in which there is abdominal lipolysis, abdominal diastasis repair, skin removal with umbilical reconstruction depending on each case.

It depends on what you want with liposuction fat removed. With liposculpture, fat is removed, and concentrated areas of fat removal are placed around the anatomic structures of the rectus muscle. Therefore, if you are looking for a flat feminine abdomen, I would opt for traditional liposuction. However, if you're looking for more of a muscular-defined abdomen or possible horizontal sculpted lines, you may consider liposculpture. However, it depends on you and what you desire. I would go for liposculpture because I think that would give you a more toned abdomen and make you appear more athletic. If your primary concern is your abdomen then most of your problems are most likely pregnancy related and the best treatment and most likely most recommended treatment will be a full tummy tuck.
There are four variables to determine what the abdomen looks like. They are skin laxity, excess subcutaneous fat, muscle separation from previous pregnancies and excess visceral or intra-abdominal fat
Liposuction if done well can bring in the front of your abdomen by about 1 inch but it will not get you a tight flat abdomen. most likely the major issue with the front of your abdomen is more related to muscle separation and skin laxity.
There’s also a substantial difference in skill and experience when it comes to delivering quality Liposuction results.
The number of plastic surgeons who can consistently deliver quality liposuction results is less than most people believe in simply being board-certified in plastic surgery with an overall good reputation is insufficient to confirm someone has mastered this procedure.
There’s nothing wrong with having Liposuction but in the end it depends on what you’re trying to achieve and what you’re willing to go through.
In regards to the front of your abdomen a tummy tuck is most likely the better procedure.
