I am a 44 yr old female i weigh 154lbs 5'3 foot tall im a mother of 4 and would like to get some answers in whats best for me ..im looking on lipo or liposculpter..please help me male a desicion ..and whats the price range ....

Hello @yolipocha, thank you for your question! In my opinion as part of your surgical plan I suggest you take into account to have a tummy tuck and liposculture.  Each procedure serves a different purpose, a tummy tuck is a surgical procedure that removes excess skin and fat from the middle and lower abdomen and strengthens the abdominal muscles, in which there is abdominal lipolysis, abdominal diastasis repair, skin removal with umbilical reconstruction depending on each case.

On the other hand liposculture we take out fat from all parts of the body to make it more harmonious. The two procedures combine will give you the best results.  Is important that you consult  consult with several board certified plastic surgeon.  If you are considering surgery, consultation with a plastic surgeon who is experienced in this procedure is essential to ensure optimal results. Best wishes!

From your photos you appear to be a better candidate for a tummy tuck with liposuction for contouring.  This would remove excess fat, skin, and stretch marks as well as correct abdominal wall laxity.  Liposuction of the hips, flanks, and back can define your curves. Thank you for your question regarding whether you would benefit from liposuction or liposculpture. Thank you for your history, and thank you for your pictures. It depends on what you want with liposuction fat removed. With liposculpture, fat is removed, and concentrated areas of fat removal are placed around the anatomic structures of the rectus muscle. Therefore, if you are looking for a flat feminine abdomen, I would opt for traditional liposuction. However, if you're looking for more of a muscular-defined abdomen or possible horizontal sculpted lines, you may consider liposculpture. However, it depends on you and what you desire. I would go for liposculpture because I think that would give you a more toned abdomen and make you appear more athletic.
